Kris Van Puyvelde
Kris Van Puyvelde is one of the founders and interior designers of the outdoor brand Royal Botania. In 1992, former classmates Kris Van Puyvelde and Frank Boschman decided to import teak garden furniture from Indonesia to Antwerp. Both engineers thought that the quality available on the market was too low and too traditional and decided to start their own line, characterized by superior design and quality. This is how Royal Botania was born. Almost 20 years after its foundation, Royal Botania employs more than 800 people. More than 50 employees work at their headquarters near Antwerp, where goods are shipped from a 100,000 m3 warehouse to customers all over the world.

The successful combination of precision and functionality meets all the wishes of privileged customers. In terms of materials, only the best is good enough. After all, Royal Botania products are sold worldwide and therefore must be resistant to the desert heat in Dubai as well as the Canadian winters or the intense UV rays of the Australian summer sun.
