Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
For entrepreneurs
With respect to entrepreneurs, these Terms and Conditions shall also apply to future business relationships without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

Transport damage

If the delivered item is defective, we shall initially provide warranty to business customers, at our discretion, either by remedying the defect (repair) or by delivering a defect-free item (replacement delivery).

Always have the installation carried out by an authorized professional. This ensures that, in the event of a defect, it is not deemed to have been caused by the installation.
Vision – Digital visualization
With “Vision,” Leuchtenking offers a digital visualization function that allows customers to virtually integrate selected products into a room image they upload themselves.
The visualization is created automatically using digital image processing and artificial intelligence. It serves solely as a non-binding illustration and does not constitute technical planning, lighting calculation, or a to-scale representation.
Representation, colors, proportions, lighting effects, and other details may differ from the actual product. Only the product images, dimensions, and technical data in the respective item description are authoritative.
By uploading an image, the customer confirms that they are the copyright holder of the image or have the necessary usage rights and that no third-party rights are infringed.
The customer grants Leuchtenking the right of use to the uploaded image required to carry out the visualization. Any further use or publication shall take place exclusively on the basis of a separate express consent.
