DHL Customs clearance
For freight forwarding (floor lamps, articles over 150 cm long, pallet goods and orders over 1000 Euro): Please note that the transport company will issue the Swiss VAT for you when crossing the border. This VAT plus approx. 150 CHF customs clearance and cash on delivery fee are to be paid to the transport company in cash upon delivery.
