This glass is mouth-blown - handmade

Glass is melted from quartz sand, soda, potash, lime and other various raw materials at a temperature of 1500° C. This glass is created from the glass mass. It is shaped and worked by many skilled hands. The hands of the glass worker are excellent precision tools. Nevertheless, they will never be able to work as precisely as a machine. Small deviations in the dimensions, the thickness of the glass or the occasional air bubble are a sign of quality craftsmanship.
