The design of the recessed glass opening at the bottom prevents the glass shade from being seen, minimizing the risk of glare from the light source. Another elegant detail: the curved top of the glass makes the suspension mechanism disappear from view. By means of Casablanca Leuchten's patented wire suspension system, the hand-blown glass is always held securely and perfectly perpendicular.
