Casablanca - pleasure of form and function

From the very beginning, Casablanca specialized in glass luminaires crafted by hand. Despite its focus on the material mouth-blown glass, Casablanca also creates contemporary lighting design using other materials; for example, handcrafted ceramics or environmentally friendly 3D printing from biomaterials. The glass shades are traditionally handcrafted by glassmakers according to old tradition. Through the demanding manufacturing process, each glass shade acquires its own character. Mouth-blown glass is a valuable, uniquely handcrafted work of art.
