The design of the recessed glass opening on the underside prevents a view into the glass shade and thus minimizes the risk of glare from the light source. Another elegant detail: the curved upper side of the glass causes the suspension mechanism to disappear from view. Using the patented wire suspension system from Casablanca Leuchten, the mouth-blown glass shades are always held securely and perfectly level. From the very beginning, Casablanca specialized in glass luminaires crafted by hand.
