DeliveryUnless otherwise agreed or otherwise stated on the article, we deliver within 5 working days at the latest, provided stock is available. The delivery period for advance payment methods begins after the customer has initiated payment, for other payment methods (e.g. cash on delivery or invoice) the delivery period begins after we have accepted the order. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays, the delivery time is extended accordingly. You will receive the invoice by separate mail. If the goods are not available through no fault of the consumer, the consumer will be informed immediately and any consideration already paid will be refunded.
Shipping costs
There are no shipping costs for shipments over €150 within Germany. Below 150 € we charge 10 € shipping costs. Delivery is free of charge - in the case of shipping by forwarding agent (floor lamps, fragile goods, furniture), delivery is free curbside.
