Right of withdrawal for consumersYou have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (LTLUX24 Licht und Technik GmbH, Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 1b, 15344 Strausberg, info@leuchtenking.de, Deutschland, Phone: +49 (0) 3341/ 3907015, Fax: +49 (0) 3341/ 3907019) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

fill out and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Dies gilt auch für Lieferungen ins Ausland. Erstattet werden in diesem Fall jedoch ausschließlich die Kosten der günstigsten von uns angebotenen Standardlieferung innerhalb Deutschlands; darüber hinausgehende Versandkosten, insbesondere für Auslandsversand, werden nicht erstattet. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.You must return or hand over the goods to Leuchtenking, Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 1b, 15344 Strausberg, Germany, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned normally by mail due to their nature, these costs amount to 70 EUR. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Vom Widerruf ausgeschlossen sind alle Ersatzgläser, die individuell für bestimmte Leuchtenmodelle bestellt oder bezogen werden, da sie nicht vorgefertigt sind und auf die spezifischen Anforderungen des Kunden zugeschnitten sind (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).
