With the creation of Bul-Bo, a playful, ironic and functional lamp was created, in perfect accordance with the climate of "rebellion against schemes" that would have left indelible marks on costumes in the second half of the 1960s. 50 years later, Axolight re-proposes this iconic lighting object by incorporating contemporary elements into the philological respect of the original design

Design
Gabetti e Isola
Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Isola - both professors at the Faculty of Architecture of the Turin Polytechnic - founded one of the most fruitful professional associations in the panorama of modern and contemporary architecture from 1950 to 2000. The many projects they have created since the beginning of the activity are characterized by the attention dedicated to the themes of landscape and environment on different scales. Most of their works have been exhibited and commented on in exhibitions and published in architectural journals and national and international publications, leading to an articulated debate on the relationship between modernity and tradition. Several monographs dedicated to them have thoroughly analyzed their approach. Their works in design and architecture are exhibited at the MOMA in New York, the Center Pompidou in Paris, the Accademia di San Luca and the Maxxi in Rome. Luciano Re was part of the studio at the turn of the 60s and 70s and then devoted himself to university teaching. Guido Drocco shared his entire career with Gabetti and Isola until 2000, supporting them with important personal professional achievements and also maintaining roles as a university professor.
