Light times differently

With indirect lighting, the shielded light is reflected from walls and/or ceiling. There are several options for indirect room lighting. The light source can be integrated into a ceiling frieze, a wall or curtain screen, or mounted in a wall or ceiling washer. However, the light source should always be located at a sufficient distance from the illuminating surface that it can also cast a wide cone of light. But it must be above eye level. Most floor lamps or ceiling washlights meet these requirements, but wall washlights should be mounted on the wall from a height of 170 cm. It should be noted that the floodlights can miss their effect in small and low rooms.

. However, indirect lighting requires additional light sources or luminaires to make a room more effective.
